“Focus Technique” Inter-Advanced+ class info

What to expect?
This class is designed for those who want to return to the fundamentals and refine their technique. No power moves, no flashy figures. We focus on the basics: connection, weight transfer, frame, energy management… If these concepts still feel a little unclear, we invite you to explore them together.
On the programme:
– theory, to understand the concepts;
– drills, to feel them in the body;
– practice, to integrate them into your dancing.
