LINDY HOP

Lindy Hop is a dance that developed in the Black American community of Harlem (New York) in the late 1920s, alongside jazz music and swing in particular. It is widely considered the grandmother of all swing dances.

Structured in 6 and 8 counts, Lindy Hop is characterised by its bounce, its rounded lines and its joyful energy. It also incorporates Charleston, which is also taught at Temple du Swing.
