Room Rentals

– Parking is available on Rue Falguière;
there is an entrance to the shopping center at number 35.
2025–2026 SEASON
No regular availability on weekdays between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM
STUDENTS for the 2025–2026 season:
You are eligible for a €10/hour discount on rentals
Accepted ACTIVITIES
& Practical INFO
Dance, theater, yoga, various sports (strength training…), lectures, seated workshops, alcohol-free recreational activities (team building…), photo shoots, film shoots, dressing rooms…
⚠️ The following activities are not permitted:
Birthdays, parties, political or religious events.
⚠️ The entire venue cannot accommodate more than 100 people.
👉 Equipment available: sound system, chairs, tables, yoga mats.
Overhead projector + screen: €10/day
👉 CLEANING:
Do it yourself or pay a €50 surcharge.
RESERVATION
Steps to reserve a rental slot:
1- Create a personal account on our reservation platform.
2- In the “Schedule” tab:
Click the “Room Reservation” button.
3- Fill in the fields in the window that opens:
– In the “Title” field: specify your activity.
– Fill in the location (the selected room) and times.
– In the “Type” dropdown menu: select “Rental.”
– Submit the request.
Each rental request is subject to our approval.
It will be definitively confirmed when you receive the CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
